bbb Korea Interpreting Request and Volunteer App Design

Redesigned with enhanced accessibility and user-friendliness by simplifying the requesting process. bbb Korea is a non-profit that provides volunteerism-based, free-of-charge interpretation service in 20 languages for those who don’t speak Korean.

From November 2022 to May 2023, we redesigned and launched the interpreting request and service provision app in collaboration with BBB Korea. I designed the interpreting request UI for iOS, supervised by Prof. Kyungho Lee (Department of Design, UNIST).
